On offer : chocolates, cakes and icecreams which marry modernity and creativity. Our speciality : the « Maca’Lyon® », which combines macaroons with salted butter caramel covered in 70 % cocoa chocolate and gold leaf.
We also offer over thirty sorts of macaroons : sweet, sweet/savoury, iced. Now in Tokyo at Isetan-Shinjuku.
