Jérôme De Oliveira graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Pâtisserie d’Yssingeaux (National Superior School of Pastry of Yssingeaux) in 2004.
He started out with the Relais Desserts Pastry chef Sebastien Bouillet, then with Christophe Michalak at the Plaza Athenée (Paris), before becoming the youngest pastry world champion in 2009, when he was barely 23 years old. Jérôme de Oliveira opened his first boutique in 2011. Now, boutique and laboratory is located in Grasse.
